The pictoria diagram gives information on how bricks are made for the building companies.
Overall,it is clearly noticeable that bricks go through a linear process.it goes through eight stages before it becomes a finished product. it begins with mining for the raw materials used in the manufacturing of bricks ,it goes through certain processes and ends with it becoming a finished product for delivery.
Bricks which are derived from clay begins is manufacturing process when the clay is dug out from its natural habitat by a digger.it is then placed on a metal grid which converts the clay into sand before it transferred to the roller.Water is added to it to soften it and moulded or cut by the wire cutter into the preferred size and shape of a brick.
The bricks are placed in the oven for one to two days to be left to dry before it is sent to the kiln to be baked from a moderate intensity heat of 200 degrees Celsius to 980 degrees celcius and a high heat of 870degrees celcius to 1300degrees celcius. The bricks are left to cool in the cooling chamber for 48hours to 72hours and then packaged into the delivery truck for delivery.
