In general, the process consists of two main stages, starting with logging, then converting the raw material into rolling paper, and ending with recycling used newspaper.
The first stage include six steps involve converting the raw material. Initially, logs are harvested by logging plants. The bark is then removed through a drum before being sent to a pulper to get the wood chips. Next, machines refine these into pulp and the finished product is pressed into rolling paper, ready for the next steps.
The following steps revolve around the production and recycling cycle of the product. Once the rolling paper is available, the printer produces newspapers for sale. After consume, these sheets are collected and stacked in piles for delivery to processing points. Then, the ink is extracted through a series of pipes before being crushed again in a large tank, continuing the cycle
