The illustration demonstrates steps for recycling plastic bottles
Overall, the process of recycling plastic bottles is cyclical and continuous.the process begins with the collection of bottles and culminates in the creation of new products, demonstrating a systematic approach to recycling plastic materials.
The process starts with workers collecting plastic bottles from the bins, followed by gathering them by a recycling truck, which transports them into the Recycling centre. As the products arriving into the Recycling centre, a special worker is sorting the plastic bottles intended for recycling.Furthermore, the seperated bottles are comperssing into blocks which are then crushing by the two crushing gears. The crushing blocks are then cleansed in a pool of liquid.
Once the clean particles are washed, they are then moving and adding them into producing plastic pellets. Then they are heated to a specific temperature, enabling their transition back into a raw material state. This raw material is subsequently utilized by manufacturing companies to create various products, including clothing, bags, pens, containers, and new plastic bottles.
