The method for growing and preparing pineapple to consumable item is illustrated by the diagram.
Overall, after growing pineapple there are 3 ways the fruits are processed. All the manners for processing the fruits consists 5 steps after cultivation.
To begin with the growing and cultivating the fruit. The plant is grown with proper care where it receives proper sunlight and the temperature is between 23-30 C. The initial plant is of 26cm which gradually grows in the span of 7 months after that they are sprayed by ethaline. Followed by 5 months of waiting as they become ready for further processing while the fruit size reaches to 30 cm and the weight is 2 kg. Then the fruits are cultivated and washed for further processing. From here the processing is done in 3 ways where in the first one the pineapple is turned into juice. After cleaning the crown from pineapple is removed then the skin is pealed of followed by an extractor which creates the juice and fills it in the juice box.
The second process is where the pineapple are packed in to the tin containers as fruit slices. The process begins same as the first where the crown is removed from the fruit, the fruit is then sliced in half followed by 2 different manner of packing in the first the fruit is chopped in to pieces while in the second it is sliced. Both the process end as the fruits are packed in the tin containers. The third way is where the pineapple are exported where it begins same as the others where the fruit is washed first the pineapple is coted with wax then stored in the crates. Later the creates are exported by the ship.
