In general, the process of making Pu-erh Raw Tea and Ripe Tea can be divided into 7 different stages: rolling, drying, fermentation and compression. In order to produce Raw and Ripe tea only one type of raw materials is needed. Also, the process requires pan and sun to make Raw and Ripe tea.
The first half of whole process involves steps that pan is utilized to fry leaves. Next, the leaves are rolled and dried under the sun, after then drying leaves is loosed. And the procedure can be done in 2 ways: with the stage of fermentation and compression. Loosed ones are sent to be fermented via mold. To make tea, we need to compress the crushed piece. Following that, pu–erh Raw tea are aged by storage. having been aged, the mixture is packaged. Finally, the vintage is delivered to end-users by a truck.
