The diagram illustrates how Pu-erh raw tea and Pu-erh ripe tea is prepared.
It is clear that, the process of Pu-erh raw tea and ripe tea include 7 steps but, there are three main stages which are deactivating and frying, after that aging and fermentation, final stage it is dissociated ripe and raw tea.
Looking at the tea production process in detail, firstly, the plant of tea is fried foe inactivation of enzymes by pan. After frying it is rolled and dried under the sun. After that, ripe tea is separated from Pu-erh raw tea. In ripe tea, tea is fermented by Mold. However, Pu-erh raw tea is aged by storage instead of fermentation. After fermentation process, raw tea has been ripe tea. Finally, after tea preparation, it is compared with each other. In comparison, two different tea are appeared, they are Pu-erh ripe tea and Vintage Pu-erh raw tea.
