The diagram depicts the process by which olive oil is extracted, using various essential steps, from olive fruits and stored at last.

To commence, olive fruits are gathered and washed properly to remove the dirt and other impurities. After undergoing cleaning process, the fruits are crushed into the desirable shape and size. Following this, crushed pieces of olive fruits proceed with the next step of malaxation.

After malaxtion, the product received is centrifuged to extract olive oil. Centrifugationgives two products, firstly, Olive Pomace and water; and secondly, olive oil. Further, the olive oil formed retained from the process, undergoes the last step of the filtration to remove the unwanted substances present. Finally, the filtered olive oil is stored and packed to distribute further for use.

Overall, every step that involves extracting and gathering olive oil is vital and plays a crucial role. Omission of the any step may lead to disruption in its quality of production. Therefore, all the steps from gathering the olive fruit and storing on time is required.
