Overall, this is a linear process with 12 steps, starting from natural fish, which is caught in the sea, ending at the finished product, which is sold in the store.
At the first stage, fish is caught from the water by the fisherman. Having been placed on the fishing boat, the fish is delivered to the port. After that, it turns to the freezing step, which lasts a suggested time. Then, the frozen fish is thawed with fresh water. Followed by being cut open.
At the subsequent stage, the fish is soaked with the mixture of salt water and yellow coloring. Once it is ready, it is smoked by a heating machine. The smoked fish is packed in a box. After being packed, it is frozen a second time at zero degrees Celsius. Subsequently, it is stored in a cold condition. The following step is distribution, the smoked fish box is transported by the truck to the store where people can buy the finished product.
