The process of making recycled products from used bottles includes various different steps, beginning with the consumption of plastic bottles and ending with

manufacturing new products and distributing them to customers.

First, after being used by consumers, bottles are thrown into the recycling bins in public areas such as parks, schools, playgrounds, cinemas… Then, these plastic bottles are collected and transported to the recycling plant by truck.

The next step is undergoing the rigorous cleaning process, in which used objects are washed carefully to remove dirty specks by a big washer. The cleaned bottles are shredded into a thousand small pieces by a shredder. After that, an extruder takes a duty to extrude these fragments into minor pellets. Finally, factory workers use pellets to create new products such as other bottles, boxes, and car toys…to satisfy people’s needs and prevent plastic objects from being discharged into the environment.
