The diagram illustrates the linear proccess involved in recycling plastic bottles, from their initial disposal to the creation of new plastic production.
Overall, the process consists of seven main stages, beginning with the plastic bottles consumer and ending with the production and reuse of new plastic items. it is a one-way process with a clear beginning and end.
Initillay, plastic bottles are worked by consumers and collected in recycling bins. once gathered , these bottles are transported by truck to a recycling facility. At the fascility, the bottles are sorted to sperete them from other types of waste. After sorting , the plastic botteles are commpressed into blocks, which makes them easier to manage and transport during the following stages.
Subsequently, these blocks are shredded into small plastic pieces, which are then thoroughly washed to remove any remaining dirt or contaminants. The clean plastic pieces are then iether transformed into shredder or used directly in manfacturing. Finally, these processed materails are used to produce new plastic items such as bottles , containers, and even clothing materials, completing the recycling cycle.
