At the beginning, farmer planted trees for 4 months to replanted again for 3 years to growth until thinned. After 14 years, all the plants were ready to harvest and process it to thin “slats” before moving to production manufactured.

In the manufactured, all production started from wood with siginificant process compared it during plants process. Before moving to black lead, glue and grooved, it only takes 60 days followed by moving to put in new salt. Then, it will hard-pressed by high heat to make it thinner before cut it into small pencil.
