The given diagram demonstrates the production of a lead pencil. the process consists of three main parts such as growing trees, cutting them down and the processing of the collected material for further use.
More precisely, first of all, seeds have to be sown so we get outgrowths in four months. after that they should be replanted in larger areas where they grow and become thinned during next three years. in fourteen years we have them cut down, collected and ready for the material recycling.
after the trees are collected, the undergo the process where they transformed into thin slats and treated to be smoother. in sixty days the groove that we get in the result is glued together with black lead. we repeat this process again and sandwich it all together and press it hard with heat and cut vertically. after that our pencils get painted, sharpened and stamped. we sort them into the batches, so that they are ready for sale.
