In generall, there will be total twelve steps to product pencil. In addition, there is two major stages which is growing tree and manufacturing using different types of equipment.
First of all, the progresss started with planting trees in an open environment .After 4 months growing , the trees are replanted .Then, trees are thinned for the next 3 years.After 14 years , trees are cutted down and sent to the factories
In the second phase of the progress which is the production stage. In the factories, wood and raw materials are thinned to make slat. After that the slats is treated with resin and left to dry . In the next 60 days black led are putted on the groove of the flat by using glue. Then, it will be covered by new slat like a sandwich. In the next step, a half product is subjected to intense heat compressed by using some equipment. In the end of the progress , the flat will be cut into long pieces then the pencil is painted and sharpened ,stamped before putting into packages
