The diagram below illustrates the stages involved in the process of producing pencils.
Overall, there are 12 steps in the diagram. From growing plants in an open environment to pencils being packed into box.
First of all, the plants grow in an open environment. For 9 months, once its reach 4 months, it will be replanted. For 9 years, after that, they harvest the trees and cut them about 10 years to cut down. The next step is that they will thin these trees into slots by using a circular saw to thin them. At this point, they treated those slots so today to become dry. Later on, they place groove on the slots in glue black loads into each groove. Afterward, they put the new slot on top to make a sandwich with black load inside one. They made the sandwich, they heated and hard pressed it to stick together. Following this, they cut them into individual pencils. The final step is those pencils will be painted, sharpened and being packed into box.
