The illustration demonstrates the process of manufacturing from growing pineapple are processed to pineapple products.
Looking from an overall perspective, it is readily apparent that there are two main stages: growing pineapple, followed by preparing pineapples, and ending with producing pineapple products.
The first four steps involve the transformation of the growing pineapple before harvesting. Initially, the pineapple are grown in their crowns spaced 26 centimeters apart, while in a climate where the temperature ranges from 23 to 30 degrees. After seven months, these plants are sprayed with ethylene, and the pineapple development continues for five months, they are harvested. In the continue process, the pineapples are the higher of 30 centimeters into the weight of 2 kilograms, ready for harvesting.
The remaining steps describe how the pineapples are processed in the factory. The process with the harvested pineapples and then rinsed water to before being graded according to their sizes. Then, these small pineapples undergo a de-crowning and cut it into small chunks, after then put into an extractor to produce juice. The collection of medium-sized pineapples was cut in half both of which are subsequently canned. In contrast, the largers pineapples cover a wax and placed into containers before being shipped abroad.
