The flowchart illustrates how the olive oil is made. Overall, this is a human – controlled process and includes seven steps, beginning with picking olive fruits and ending with the sale of the olive oil to costumer.
The process begins when the olive tree is grown and olive fruits are picked. After being rinsed with cold water, olive fruits are delivered by the belt to the crusher. By smashing them, this machine separates the olive paste from the olive stones.
While the stones are used for other products, the paste are put into the bag with holes to enable further process. To following this, those bags are pressed to separate of oil from water. Finally, the finished products are packaged to be transported storage and supermarket where they sold to costumer.
