Offices are meant to be comfortable for everyone to work at. Our current building got some complaints, saying there are not much free space left, nowhere to smoke and way too much gross storages. After all the complaints got processed, the Building manager got us a new location order, more suitable, much open, and new meeting areas.

Before the total renovation takes over, coworkers who smokes needs to head outside to take a break/ gain relief from smoking. Afterwards, an outdoor seating arrangement is set for them.

On the other hand, people who dont smoke complains regarding the tight rooms, and the non-existant rooms for meeting. Although the construction crew couldn’t afford creating another room, they single-handedly managed to produce a fresh, and semi-outdoor meeting gallery.

Almost everyone needs this change: the presence of a coffee machine. We got ourselves tired from working all day, we didn’t used to get coffee. But now, the geniusses above us has added one.
