The diagram illustrates the process of manufacturing yoghurt.
Overall, the production of yoghurt includes four main stages, beginning with adding several raw materials and mixing them. After several processing steps, the yoghurt mixture is then divided into jars.
For the first step, a total of four raw ingredients are supplied, including stabilizers, dry milk, sugar, and liquid milk. All of them are mixed in a hygienic stainless steel vessel, pasteurized, and then heated to 85 degrees. Following that, the mixture turns into a kind of liquid named homogenization, which is cooled down to 42 degrees.
Turning closer to the last stages, the mixture is stirred with the cultures that are used for fermentation before cooling end at 7 degrees. Finally, the process ends with packaging into jars for consumption.
