The diagram illustrates the process of yogurt-making. There are four main stages, beginning with adding several raw ingredients and heating the mixes to 85 degrees. After many processing steps, all the yogurt mixes are then divided into separate jars that are delivered to consumers.
For the first step, they are adding a total of four fundamental ingredients that include the stabilizers, dry milk, sugar, and liquid milk. All of them are mixed well in the hygienic stainless steel vessel and undergo pasteurization, and then heated up to 85 degrees. Subsequently, the mixture turns into a kind of liquid called homogenization that is cooled down to 42 degrees.
Turning closer to the last stages, the mixture was then stirred with the cultures that stand for fermentation and stopped cooling until 7 degrees, which is the right temperature for packaging and delivering. All of the products are shipped to retailers or wholesalers, from there they meet the needs of customers who want to consume yogurt.
