The diagrams illustrate how yoghurt is produced by milk.
Overall, there are four main stages in the process of producing yoghurt by milk, beginning with mixing four main ingredients together and ending with the packaging stage to produce yoghurt.
Firstly, four ingredients are mixed such as stabilizers, dry milk, sugar and poured them into a hygienic stainless steel vessel. After that, this mixture is heated to 85 degrees Celsius to be pasteurized.Once the pasteurization stage has been completed, the homogenization has started.Secondly, the combination is cooled down to 42 degrees Celsius
After the homogenization step, cultures are poured into the mixture and then go to the fermentation stage, and stir them to 7 degrees Celsius. Finally, after being stirring, the finished products are packaged in jars and distributed to consumers.
