Overall, there involves eight steps to collect the new car, commence from calculation the car details and ends with distribution of manufactured cars.
The first steps is planning all necessary needs such as sketching some functional elements to the manufacturing the new car. Followed by a computer-aided design, especially to test some functions of car (aerodynimics, safety, and functionallities). Then, continues with prototyping and testing methods, includes crash tests, endurance and emissions tests, contributed 2 weeks. After that, Engine Assembly and Powertrain Installation integrate to assemble a car with working mutually.
Afterwards, the machines assemble the vehicle, install the engine, and paint it without any human effort. Next step, an install the interior components like: the sears, dashboard, steering wheel, and electronics. After assembly process, the vehicles undergo some electronic diagnostics and inspections, between 2-3 days. Finally, they go to the markets ready to distribution (every day sells 20 cars).
