In the first step, boil the milk to 90°C (200°F) for 30 minutes until it achieves a thicker, yogurt-like consistency. After that, reduce the heat and continue cooking until the milk temperature reaches 44°C (112°F).
In the third step, open the container of live bacteria using scissors or your hands and slowly add it to the milk. Then, mix the ingredients using a whisk and lower the temperature to 37°C (100°F). Ensure that the temperature remains steady by using a thermometer and let it incubate for four hours.
Once the incubation is complete, remove the pot from the heat and place it in the refrigerator to cool down. When it has cooled completely, add the sugar.
Finally, pour the mixture into yogurt containers. The yogurt will then be shipped to retailers for consumers to enjoy.
