This diagram illustrates the steps in the process of manufacturing yogurt. In 2024, a summarised process of the manfacturation of yogurt had been released.

Overall, the steps are added up between easy and hard. Firstly, the milk that’s used in the process gets heated to 90 degrees celcius. Later on, the milk gets cooled until it becomes briefly warm. The next step, you’ll need some old yogurt to mix with cold milk. Keeping up with process, the mixture is getting kept on mixing until it has reached to a smooth texture. After being left with a silky smooth texture, the mixture gets poured into warm milk.

Following up, to keep the mixture warm as mentioned wrap the mixture in a simple cloth. Later on, you’ll need a waiting time for approximately 5 hours for the yogurt to set to follow it up with the cooling and storage step.
