The process represents how coffee products are produced from coffee beans that are harvested from plants until the coffee products arrive at the markets for purchase.
Overall, the process of coffee manufacturing involves nearly 10 complex steps. One of the basic activities is harvesting the necessary and sufficient coffee beans to produce coffee products and, finally, dispatch the products to the intended destination.
As observed from the graph, plucked beans are passed through sorting equipment, and then they are dried outdoors using natural sunshine for 24-72 hours. Subsequently, the dried beans are brought to the hulling process, and the whole part of the products is roasted for 10-20 minutes, with the roaster carefully controlling it.
This activity creates ready-made products, after which they are packed in paper and plastic bags. While meticulous packaging, factory employees load them onto a delivery truck and the quality coffee products are brought to the markets across the countries for sale at the end of the period, after sufficient loading to the trucks.
