The process diagram illustrates the way how coffee products are produced from coffee beans.
Overall, it is clear that the manufacturing process of coffee products of a total of eight steps, and it is divided into two main stages: preparing coffee beans to going factory, and the production stage.
In the first stage of preparing coffee beans, the workers collect coffee beans one time in every year then they bring coffee beans to a machine that clears coffee beans from bark and that machine prepares the coffee beans for drying. The last step of the first stage is drying. The employees get coffee beans that are ready for drying, they spread the coffee beans and it takes about 24-72 hours to be ready for packing.
This stage is called “the production” and we start this stage with the step of packing coffee beans
using paper or plastic bags. In the next step, the worker should roast the coffee beans using a machine, be careful until the end and it this step takes about 10-20 minutes. And it is time to hulling step. The machine hulls the coffee beans and the workman takes away to delivery. The last and most common step is selling coffee products to shops.
