The diagram gives detailed description about the process of coffee produced from the coffee beans . Overall , it’s clear that process involves 8 distinct steps , commencing with gathering the coffee beans in a filed and culmating with purchasing the end products . It’s worth to mention that labour intensive and machine driven jobs are required in the process.
In the first stage the process begins with coffee beans being harvested in the field by the plantation labor once a year followed by the processing . The art of processing helps to remove peels and redundant items from sperating quality ones using special machinery. After they cleaned the beans are left over the ground under sunshine they are dried between 2 or 3 days depending on weather conditions. Subsequently the dried coffee beans are placed intlo another machine which is used to hull the dried beans.
And in nxt stage the dried coffe beans are roasted about 10 to 20 minutes in hand operated oven . An automated apparatus packages the roasted coffe intlo paper or plastic bags . And packaged coffee is then loaded into the truck by labor for delivering to supermarkets. And in final stage the various coffee products are purchased.
