The processes illustrate how black tea is produced through two different phrases.
Overall, there are 5 main stages involved in the process of manufacturing black tea, commencing with picking leaves and cuminating with drying.
To begin with, famers pick up 2 top leaves and only bud , which are fresh and evergreeen so that they can use these to make high-quality tea. After this stage is complete, these leaves are withered by the air passed through them on rack, with moisture being out of 60%. Following that, withered leaves are divided into 2 methods with different processes.
The first one is traditional method ( loose tea ) , manufacturers roll leaves that becomes flat and broken. By doing so, these ezymes are released from their foliages. The second method is use cutting-edge technology with tea bags. Leaves are put into small bags and then they are cut , torn and curled with a more quickly process than rolling method , this process also creates some granular pieces, which helps boost the speed of drying those leaves.
Sequentially, after experiencing two methods , workers put these rolled leaves on tiles , when the air and enzymes are mixed together , they change to colour like copper. Finally, these copper leaves are firing in high temperatures in an oven or hot air dryers until they are completely dried. This process helps leaves release flavour and aroma , let the moisture totally out for 97%. Once the final stage has been completed , these leaves become black tea.
