Overall, the office building is expected to become more modern and functional. The kitchen and canteen will be removed and replaced with additional office space, while the grass areas will be redeveloped into an outdoor seating area and a meeting room. However, the stock room and WC will remain in the same positions.
At present, the building contains four offices and a reception area along the southern side near the entrance. On the northern side, there is a kitchen, a canteen and a stock room. In addition, two large grass areas are located on both sides of the building, while the WC is positioned on the eastern side next to the stock room.
Under the proposed plan, the kitchen and canteen will be converted into two new offices, increasing the total number of offices from four to six. The reception area will be moved to the centre of the southern side, with one office placed on either side of it. The grass area on the western side will be transformed into an outdoor seating area, whereas the eastern grass area will be replaced by a meeting room. Furthermore, a coffee machine will be installed near the WC in the north-eastern corner of the building.
