In terms of internal layout, the office building will be significantly reorganised. At present, the kitchen, canteen and stock room are located along the top side; however, in the future plan, the kitchen and canteen will be removed to make way for additional office spaces. The stock room will remain but be slightly relocated. The WC, which is currently positioned on the right-hand side, will also be moved closer to the new meeting area. Moreover, a coffee machine will be installed near the central part of the building, providing added convenience for employees.
Regarding the surrounding and functional areas, several notable changes will take place. The grass area on the left side will be converted into an outdoor seating area, while the grass area on the right will be replaced by a new meeting room. Along the bottom side, the number and arrangement of offices will be adjusted, although the reception will continue to be located near the entrance. Overall, more office rooms will be introduced throughout the building, reflecting a shift towards a more work-oriented environment.
