At present, the building is flanked by two grass areas on the left and right sides. The interior features a row of four small offices and a reception desk near the entrance at the bottom. The top section consists of a kitchen, a canteen, and a stock room, with a WC located along the right wall.

In the future, the grass area on the left will become an outdoor seating area. The grass area on the right will be demolished to make a new, spacious meeting room and the restroom will be relocated opposite the meeting room. Inside the building, the kitchen and canteen will be demolished to make way for two large offices. Below, the original office suite will be reorganized: the reception desk will be placed in the middle, 4 small offices will be combined into 2 large offices on the 2nd side of the reception desk. The stock room will stay in the same location, but it will be reduced in size and partitioned to make room for a new coffee machine facility.
