The given pictures illustrate the way in which the layout of offfice building will change for renovation purposes.
Looking at the illustration, it is immediately evident that some old features will still there, whereas others such as grass area and canteen, will be relocated. Additionally, from now on, the place will undergo a number of dramatic changes in terms of facilities, with the introduction of new futures such as meeting room, outdoor seating area, and reception.
Currently, the building is occupied by grass areas on both outer sides of the building. At the entrance, which has work area that there have five blocks include 4 pieces for office and the rest space for reception which is opposite the entrance. On the top of the office building, there are dining and living areas, which include kitchen, cateen and storage room. The restroom is situated at the corner formed by grass areas and the storage room.
According to the redevelopment plan, the former grass areas will be completely destroyed to make way for a new outdoor seating area and meeting room. The new work areas will decrease from four blocks to two blocks, and the entrance in there will be demolished. New work areas are also planned, including two office which will replace for kitchen and cateen. The new facilities are built in the right corner, will include three space for wc which is enjoyed the space of the previous grass area, as well as machine and coffee. These areas will surround the stock room.
