Overall, this is a man-made process, involving a total of 13 stages starting from exploiting fishing from the sea and finishing at distributing products for fish stores.

At the first step, fishers harness fish from sea or rivers, subsequently, they are brought to a port in the third stage. As can be seen in the fourth stage is that the collected fish is put into a fridge to freeze. After that fish are thawed and cleaned by fresh water in the fifth stage.

In the sixth stage, fish is cut open to mix with salt water and yellow coloring. After smoking the mixed fish on a grill, they are put into a container that keeps them in a big fridge at 0 Celsius degrees. At the eleventh step, we can see that the finished products are stored cold before allocating for fish stores or outlets.
