The diagram depicts the information about the various stages of steel roads through which roads are constructed in the furniture industry.
First of all, in the first step iron ore , yellow ore and carbon ore are collected as a raw material for steel roads production. After that , the raw substance melting up in the melting shit at the 1300-1500 c temperature . Afterwards, in the third step , the melted mass is then shifted into a smelting cabin for refinement. Later on , in the fourth step the candescent metal is put in a pouring machine and poured into ingots . Following this , ingots are connected to a cooling reservoir at the temperature of 60-100 c and the metal goes through nozzles for strands by cools down the material. After this step is completed, the metal strands passes through the rollers that to give them proper shape .
Then , the products put into a heating machine, for the heat treatment. Subsequently, a measuring automaton and check the products surface. Finally, the metal roads are sized by the special cutters and extra portion of that is removed. The last step involves, the products get ID stamping and In the final stage the products undergo an inspection stage , which completes the whole process.
Overall, the process consists of eleven steps , beginning with the raw material and ending up with the products inspection and it is necessary that products goes through each stage otherwise the whole process could be destroyed if a single step is skipped.
