The diagram explains the way in which the steel rods are manufactured for furniture in the industry. Overall, there are nine stages in steel rods manufacturing before final inspection process of rods, starting from melting raw materials at a high range temperature.
Initially, all raw materials (iron ore, yellow ore, and carbon) are melted together in the melting slit with the temperature of 1300 to 1500 degrees until become a molten metal, after which there is a refinement process of its. Subsequently, the candascent metal is poured through pouring machine into ingots, which have been connected to a cooling container so that the molten metal is cooled at 60-100 °C. After this stage, the cold metal undergoes through the nozzles and it is rolled by the rollers for shaping it perfectly.
Likewise the first stage, that metal is treated again by the heat in the machine of heating. Before in the stage of iron sizing by the cutter, it is important to do a surface check by measuring automation system. After these 2 processes, finally the steel rods is stamped by ID stamping and continuing to the inspection stage.
