The diagram showed that prodedure generate cheese from fresh milk through various levels untill it is marketed in stores.
Overall, cheese is produced through eight main stages, starting with row milk and ending with final product being packaged and delivered to shops. The process involves adding bacteria and enzymes, followed by heating, salting, shaping, and fermentation.
Iniatially, bacteria and enzymes are added to raw milk, causing it to solidify into curds. The curds are then cut into small pieces before being heated and drained to remove excess liquid. After that, salt is added to the mixture.
Next, the salted curds are shaped into their desired form. They are then left to ferment for approximatelly two months. Finally, the finished cheese is packaged and distributed to shops, where it is ready for sale.
