The diagram depicts the production of cheese from raw milk through several stages.
Overall, the process of producing cheese includes nine sequenced stages, from raw milk transported to the factory to the ready-made product being shipped to shops. The cheese production goes through different solidification, shapping, heating and fermentation proceses.
The first step is raw milk is transported to the factory. Then bacteria enzyme is added and solidification process begins to make curds. After this stage is complete, curds are cut into small pieces, before it goes through heating and draining process. Following the heating process, salt is added and manual shapping stage starts. Once it shapped by workers manually, it placed into special forms and fermented for 2 months. Fermentation is the most important process and makes cheese better in quality. In the next stage, ready cheese is packaged and labeled. Finally, cheese delivered to shops to meet customer’s demand.
