Overall, the process consists of nine stages in the paper’s lifecycle, which include three major parts: collecting waste, recycling and making new product.
The process starts from gathering refuse and the sorted paper is sent to the factory. After preparing manipulation, materials start the recycling stage. Notably, that after being delivered to the manufacture papers undergoes futher sorting and cleaning. For preparation to next stage, raw materials are shredded and pulped. The production new paper starts from formation of a wet pulp mixture into the sheet form. Prepared pieces are passes through a pressing factory machine, and also this process goes with heat for better drying raw material. After this long way from waste to new sheets, ready product goes to the packaging into wrap and boxes. The last step of the paper’s lifecycle is distribution to consumers and cycle may start again.
