Overall,For the manufacturing of bricks it requires clay which is digger with the help of machine. After that to complete the manufacturing six more steps needed to follow.
First of all,The clay is transfer into metal grid then it is roll by the roller. Then sand and water is added with the clay.To bring it into the shape it is either cut by wire cutter or instead mould could be used. After that it is put into the dying oven for around 24 to 48 hours . After that it is transfer into kiln which temperature should be 200°c to 980°c then increased the temperature around 870°c to 1300°c. As the brick is kept in cooling chamber for cool down around 48 to 72 hours. The final process after completing everything is to packaging the brick for deliver.
