The given diagram illustrates the steps involved in making olive oil.
Looking from an overall perspective, it is readily apparent that the process of producing olive oil goes through multiple stages, beginning with picking this kind of fruit and culminating with delivering to storage and sale.
At the first step, olive is picked at plantations, and then it is rinsed with cold water. The rinse olive goes through the smashing stage after being belted in a machine. At this step, smashed olive is separated into 2 different materials, which are olive paste and olive stones.
Once the smashing process has finished, olive paste is packed in a bag with holes, after which it is pressed under a table. This is followed by a separating step where the pressed olive paste is separated into oil and water. When this stage has been completed, the final product of olive is delivered to storage and retail areas.
