Here, the olives are divided into olive past and olive stones. The olive stones are thrown away while the olive pastes are then aither packaged into bag with holes.
The conclusion of the packaging step is followed by the pressing phase, which are pressed under the specialized machine. Subsequently, the mixture that remains as a liquid is seperated into oil and water. This step would operate completely before olive oil is formed as a finally diary product. The process ends with the storage and sale olive oil.
