The illustration demonstrates how a storage area of concrete canvas is created.
Overall, there are eight stages for this process, commencing with the production of concrete canvas and culminating in the storage of concrete canvas.
Regarding the first four stages, concrete canvas is manufactured with different components, generating a combination of fibrous top surface, dry concrete and a waterproof layer. Then, the canvas is transported to the site, where it will be unrolled. Subsequently, it is unwrapped in preparation for spreading on the ground. After that, concrete is secured by rope and pegs.
Concerning the last four phases, the canvas is piped into the air, covered by a door 8 meters, and it is pumped into the air by specialised machinery. Subsequently, the concrete is washed with clean water to ensure the quality of the products. In the following step, wait 20-24 hours for the inner layer to solidify. Finally, the concrete canvas tent may be utilised as a storage space.
