The diagram illustrates a man-made process in which five different tea is made from tea leaf. Overall, it can clearly be seen that there are several steps in production of tea, in which starts with leaf growth and ends with oven drying.
The first three steps of manufacturing are the same among all the five teas. The first step tea leaf is grown and they are then plucked. Foollowing that they are wilted.
The white the has to be oven dried to be ready for consumers, while the other 4 tea has to undergo several processs to be ready. The small leaf black tea is first crushed then followed by full fermentaion procces. Next, it is oven dried and finally ready to be used. On the other hand, the large lead black tea includes the same process as small black leaf but instead of being crushed it is rolled.
The olong tea shares the almost same process as large leaf black leaf, the only different is it is slightly fermented and sybsequetly carried to be oven dried.
The green tea just right after being wilted undergoes steaming which then rolled and finally is oven dried.
