In the first stage, bamboo plants are grown during the spring. Next, these plants are harvested in the autumn by people. Then, bamboo cut into the strips and this connected with the next step which the strips underwent a crushing process to produce liquid pulp. After that, the long fibers were separated from the liquid.
In the next stage, a specific amount of water and amine oxide are added to the mixture. Afterwards, this stage is linked to the previous one, where the fibers are thoroughly softened and mechanically prepared for spinning. This is followed by the next stage, which involves carefully weaving to make fabric. Ultimately, the process ends with a final product that is fully ready for sale in the commercial market.
