The given flow chart illustrates the information about the various steps involved in the production of Bamboo fabric.
The process begins with the planting of Bamboo in the spring season, followed by the harvesting and cutting of plants specifically in the Autumn season. After the harvesting phase, bamboo is transferred to the cutting roller with sharp blades, which converts it into strips.
Following this, the strips are sent to the crushing machine that makes the liquid pulp. Furthermore, pulp is placed in the funnel, and liquid collects in the container present under the funnel upon separation from long fibres.
The residue remains in the funnel, elongated fibers, which are then treated with water and amine oxide chemical. This treatment leads to the softening of fibres. When the softening is complete, the threads of fibers are spun to get the proper thread form. Afterwards, weaving id done to make fabric like socks, shirts, etc.
