This image illustrates the process and stages involved in seed development of a flowering plant.
In a glance, flowering plant goes through five stages throughout it’s life and it begins with germination and ends with seed dispersal away from the plant, to start a new cycle once again.
Germination takes place as the seed absorps water and sunlight that is needed for it’s growth, leading to its stem growing it the direction of the sunlight. Pollination then takes place when pollen is being transported between plants via insects. Once pollination is completed, the seed and fruit will begin to form, via a proceeds called fertilisation. And finally the seed will be disperse red away from the plant and begins a new cycle all over again.
