The process illustrates the procedure of entering university by applying the application form provided by the universities online or offline.

Overall, It is clear that the first requirement for applying form is to complete high school only after that an individual is valid to apply for university. Looking at the process, the first requirement is an high school certificate which is necessary for further process to complete the application form which is provided. Task Response

6
The report addresses the main stages of the process and provides an overview of the procedure. However, there are some inaccuracies in how the sequence of events is described, particularly regarding the relationship between provisional acceptance and the compilation of documents. The flow of information is somewhat disjointed, and the description of the 'rejection' path is slightly confusing. To improve, ensure that the logical progression of the flowchart is followed strictly and that the connection between steps (such as the two-week window for provisional acceptance) is clearly articulated.

Coherence & Cohesion

5
The report follows a logical progression, but the organization of ideas is somewhat disjointed. The transition between the main process and the alternative outcomes (rejection/provisional acceptance) is a bit abrupt. To improve, try to use more sophisticated cohesive devices to link the stages of the flowchart. For example, instead of 'After this process' or 'Another case is', use phrases like 'Should the application be provisionally accepted...' or 'Following the successful submission of documents...'. Ensure that each paragraph has a clear central topic.

Lexical Resource

5
The vocabulary is functional but repetitive and contains several spelling errors (e.g., 'wnter', 'cancle', 'saxme', 'resistering'). There is also some awkward phrasing, such as 'applying the application form' or 'the provisional acceptance is must'. To reach a higher band, aim for more precise academic vocabulary. Instead of 'the next step is to the filled application', use 'the completed application is submitted to the administration'. Work on using a wider range of synonyms to avoid repeating words like 'step' and 'apply'.

Grammatical Range & Accuracy

4
Grammatical errors are frequent and occasionally impede the reader's understanding. There are issues with sentence structure (e.g., 'If the application gets accepted then moving to next step...'), subject-verb agreement ('the student have to'), and article usage ('an high school certificate'). There are also run-on sentences and fragments. To improve, focus on mastering complex sentence structures, such as conditional sentences (If/Unless) and relative clauses, and ensure that every sentence has a clear subject and a finite verb.
