The flow chart below gives information regarding the steps involved for entry into the higher institution for students who have just completed high school education.
Overall, there are twelve processes involved in application for enrolment into the university. The procedure begins with obtaining a high school degree, and then ends with the graduate successfully entering the university.
After graduating high school, the student goes ahead to complete an application form, which can be downloaded from the university’s website. Then, the relevant documents are compiled, and sent to the admin for provisional acceptance, which might indicate that more documents are required for submission.
The reply for acceptance takes two weeks, however, the application might be rejected by the admin, thus, an alternative course will be recommended.
As soon as the acceptance is given, which is usually within two weeks, the student is enrolled into the system, and can proceed to select his or her subjects before registering with the dean. When this has been completed, the student can now enter the university.
