It can be seen that, overall, the operation of manufacturing bricks contains seven stages, starting from digging clay. Interestingly, all stages are done by machines, with no human involvement.
At the initial phase, clay is excavated by crane, before it goes to roller. In this stage, clay is put on a roller which has smooth surface. During this, clay is separated from metal grid and ready-sand is mixed with water. Subsequently, for taking half ready-bricks, there are two different ways. The collection of sand and water is conveyed to special molds or to a device which is shaped as a box. One does cutting operations on collection to make bricks. In the following stage, they are put in drying oven for 1 to 2 days. Then, bricks are heated from 200 to 980 degrees in first phase and in next stage, they are cooked on 870-1300 degrees in kiln.
