The flow chart illustrates the production of frozen fish pie.
Overall, it can be seen that the process consists of two seperate stages, beginning with potatoes and ending by adding salmon to distribute the pie to the stores and dispatches.
To begin, potatoes are delivered the production company in one month approximately to clean and peel them in the first stage. Freshly cleaned potatoes then are sliced, boiled and chilled in order to store them in a bag later.
In the subsequent stage, fresh salmon is marinated with lemon juice and salt, which add special flavor to the fish, so that it can be cooked in the steam oven. After the cooking process, it goes through a stage of removing skins and bones and inspection to ensure it is safe to eat. Following the addition of prepared peas, prepared sauce is mixed with the food. In the next stage, the potatoes are added to the whole food to be packaged after. Finally, the frozen fish pie is delivered to stores or dispatches in 12 hours or less for the consumption.
