Overall, it can be seen from the chart that the area experienced various transformation, most notably with the addition of more touristic and residental facilities which necessitated the removal of some industrial and agricuture place.
Focussing initially on the north-eastern side, the Farmland had been demolished, made way for a complex of touristic and residental facilities consisting of a swimming pool, a hotel as well as 2 tennis court. Below the farmland, on the opposite side of the street, there used to be a fish market in this position, however, it had been removed to welcomed the establishment of a new private beach in 2001. In addition, the shop complex in the right-hand side of the high street in 1967 had also pulled down and a block of apartments had been built in its place after 34 yeas. On the north-west of the area, the golf couse still reamained unchanged despite the substantial changes around it.
Another striking changes occured in the installation of 4 wind turbines in 2001 which just behind the dunes and in front of the sea . At the same time, there had been a carpark constructed accompany the hotel and the coffee shops also had been relocated in the north-east to the position directly opposite the hotel. Lastly, the Marina Pier opposite the cafe in 1967 had also given way to the creation of the new public beach at the same place.
